Incoming Material QC All core components (lidar, drive unit, control system, hydraulic assembly) are inspected upon arrival. Unqualified spare parts are rejected before entering production lines, to eliminate hidden risks from the source.
Assembly Process Control Production follows standardized SOP. Operators conduct item‑by‑item checking during assembly. Mid‑process spot‑checks are performed by QC engineers to monitor assembly accuracy and consistency.
Full‑function Pre‑delivery Testing Every finished robot must complete a full test cycle:
