BSI-DG 2.0 carries maximum 100KG goods to meet daily heavy material transportation demand. Adopts integrated square chassis structure, more stable when transporting heavy cargo, effectively preventing rollover during turning and moving. The whole machine only weighs 55KG, lighter and easier to deploy compared with traditional heavy AGVs. The body is made of sturdy sheet metal, wear-resistant and impact-resistant for long-term continuous operation. Matched with 5.5-inch wheel motor, it runs smoothly on epoxy, cement and other factory ground surfaces, and flexibly passes narrow workshop aisles.

Dual-Sensor Fusion, Precise Navigation & Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance

This autonomous guided vehicle integrates front 3D depth camera and laser radar, achieving navigation accuracy within ±1cm. Dual sensors scan surrounding environment in real time, identify static shelves, pallets and dynamic walking staff, automatically adjust driving routes and bypass obstacles without manual remote control. It greatly reduces safety risks and labor costs in complex multi-person workshop and warehouse environments.

Exclusive Scheduling System for Multi-Machine Coordinated Operation

Built-in self-developed independent scheduling system solves path conflict and congestion problems when multiple AGVs work simultaneously. The system distributes transport tasks reasonably, plans independent driving routes for each robot, ensures orderly fleet operation, and improves overall workshop logistics efficiency, perfect for large-scale automated production lines and large storage warehouses.

Elevator System Docking, Autonomous Cross-Floor Transportation

BSI-DG 2.0 reserves standard communication interface for elevator control system docking. It can automatically call elevators, enter and exit carriages, and transport goods between different floors without human assistance. Break the space limitation of single-floor logistics, greatly optimize material transfer efficiency of multi-story factories and warehouses.

Ultra-Long Endurance & Safe Global Voltage Dual Charging

Equipped with high-capacity battery pack, it runs 12 hours continuously under full 100KG load, up to 22 hours with empty load, supporting all-day uninterrupted logistics operation. Two charging options available: automatic return charging and manual direct charging, only 6 hours for full power. Matching charging pile has overcurrent protection and intelligent auto power-off function to protect battery safety. The adapter supports global universal AC110-240V voltage, can be used stably in all overseas countries and regions.
